Building Cultural Soft Power under the Angle of New Countryside Construction

　　Joseph Nyes soft power theory belongs to the category of international political level,in fact,soft power has inward,it emphasize above all is the level of domestic construction.As the core element of cultural soft power and the construction of new countryside are closely related,the soft strength of culture in the new rural construction status and action increasingly protruding shows.The current rural cultural construction still exist many problems and shortcomings,generally lags behind the economic and social development,breed rural cultural soft strength construction of socialist new countryside is the inevitable choice.
