The Construction of Mass Communication and Cultural Soft Power

  National cultural soft power is the important part of the core competitiveness in the modern world.The important role of the mass media in the construction of national cultural soft power is emerging.This paper starts with the way that the mass media improves the implementation of national cultural soft power,analysis the effect and role of the the mass media improving national cultural soft power,summarizes the bottleneck in the process of the mass media improving national cultural soft power,and try to put forward ways and approaches to deal with.It has opened up a new path for the research of cultural soft powers construction and provided new ideas for the application research of mass communication.
