The Researches On Soft Power to Build the Evaluation System

摘要：

　　At present,for the research of the corporate soft power,most scholars from the angle of constitution of the corporate soft power to discuss how to construct the soft power of the enterprise,and for the evaluation of soft power is much less.The scientific corporate soft power evaluation index system can provide the correct decision basis for corporate sustainable development,the paper through a lot of questionnaire survey from the aspects of enterprise management mechanism,and leaders ability,resources integration,enterprise image and enterprise culture to established the corporate soft power of the evaluation index system.
