Research on Listed Companies Voluntary Information Disclosure about Enterprise Soft Power
Enterprise soft power is a sharp weapon which enterprises use to participate in the competition and keep a sustainable development in modern times.This paper firstly reviewed different scholars research results on the connotation and content of enterprise soft power,and then analyzed the meaning of listed companies information disclosure relevant to enterprise soft power from both the information supply side and demand side,and put forward the choice of voluntary information disclosure for the pathway and its introduction.Finally,several principles which should be followed in the disclosure process were proposed.
