Thoughts about Improving the Ability of Technological Innovation under Financial Crisis in China

摘要：

　　Traditional economic theory regards that economic crisis is the product surplus,but modern economic crisis is virtual financial capital surplus.Economic crisis will cause great damage to social production,but economic crisis is the main power of innovation climax,and technology innovation becomes the foundation of new economic development.Therefore,this paper discussed the path of increasing technical innovation ability in China based on the analysis of the relations between economic crisis and technology innovation and on the reference of the measures of other countries deal with financial crisis.
