Researches of Soft Energy Power Construction in Shandong Province Based on Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction
The balance among economic growth,energy consumption and pollution emission is an important strategic issue related to economic competitiveness and social sustainable development of Shandong Province.It requires proper measures be taken.On the one hand,we should continue to deepen the industrial structure adjustment,constraints or suppress the production capacities of high energy consumption and high pollution enterprises.On the other hand,enterprises sense of social responsibilities about energy saving and emission reduction should be strengthened—to enhance the awareness of energy saving,establish a sound legal system for it and give great support to the development of energy saving service industry.When we develop and promote the soft energy power,we should focus on these aspects.
