The Comparison of Nations with Low-Carbon Strategies

摘要：

　　Under the circumstances of economic globalization and the global climate change,the environmental problems are bound to be globalized.To tackle chinas environmental problems and achieve sustainable development,we must confront the worldwide wave of Low-Carbon Economy which has just been unfolding,and pay close attention to the relevant countries low-carbon strategies.This paper mainly discusses the following four points.Namely,the EUs foresight on low-carbon strategy; The USs low-carbon strategy in view of energy security; Japans Declaration of Low-Carbon Economy aiming at building the worlds first Low-Carbon Society; India,Brazil,and South Koreas low-carbon strategies.By drawing on these countries useful experience and practices,we can thus enhance the sustainable development ability of Chinas economy.
