Study on Supply Chain Management of Fresh and Live Agricultural Products Based on Commercial Enterprises
The concept of supply chain was firstly raised for large-scale manufacturing enterprises.In the early period,supply chain is dominated by manufacturers.With the pace of the new century,supply chain management is changing to customer-oriented.This phenomenon makes the dominant power of supply chain transfer to the backward position.Retailers or wholesalers become more and more important,and even gradually exceed the importance of traditional manufacturers.Therefore,supply chain management based on commercial enterprises-oriented will be the inevitable become the trend of supply chain development in the new century.This article attempts to study and then build a supply chain system of fresh and live agricultural products based on commercial enterprises-oriented in order to solve the breaking-down problem of supply chain management of fresh and live agricultural products,whose core is wholesale market.
