The Establishing Target and Enhancing Path of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Groups Soft Power

摘要：

　　Chinas urban development has entered the era of soft power competition.Only rely on the development model of using extensive resource consumption and cheap labor instead of the hard power has been difficult to sustain.If the sustainable development wants to be achieved,we must focus on and construct the soft power.This paper attempts to explore the establishing target and enhancing path of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city groups soft power from the perspective of soft power.
