Explore the Effective Way of Constructing the Soft Power in Enterprises Competition
In recent years,the effect of soft power in the process of enterprise development increase significantly.Domestic and overseas scholars from different point of view have launched a series of research work about the soft power in enterprises competition,which has make some simulative effect on guiding the enterprise accumulating competitive advantage.This paper,firstly,summarize the basic connotation of enterprises soft power; Secondly,it analyze enterprises problems.existing in the construction of soft power; and finally,it put forward the effective way and method of the soft power construction in enterprise competition.That is to strengthen the construction of enterprises culture,to build the enterprises image,to promote enterprises innovation ability,and to optimize strength of resource integration.Ultimately,fulfill the promotion of enterprises comprehensive competitiveness which provides strategic guidance to enterprises continuous competition.
