　　Transport industry innovation is diverse,which not only contains invention and innovation of technology,but also culture,service and human capital.One industry could raise its own core competitiveness by incorporating various innovation factors that concerns soft and hard power.Soft power construction of transport industry should be based on innovation as the core,culture as emphasis,talented person as great key and system as protection.This is innovation.
