Analyzing the Elements of Enterprise Soft Power from the Perspective of Business and Community
Soft power is the invisible ability which the enterprise appeals through competition rather than compulsory acquisition.Based on the concept soft power put forward by Joseph Nye,soft power includes team managing,business purpose,social responsibility and public evaluation from the perspective of business and community.This paper talks about specific forms of the elements of soft power and its effect to enterprise growth,and reveals the differences,similarities and interaction among the elements of soft power.
