The Determinants and Countermeasures of Corporate Social Responsibility Fulfillment--from the Perspective of Enterprise Resources Decision

　　Fulfilling corporate social responsibility (CSR) is the core content of enhancing enterprise soft power.But due to the limited resources,the enterprises are faced with the trade-off between pursuing corporate economic benefit and fulfilling CSR.With the analysis of rational decision-making between pursuing corporate economic benefit and fulfilling CSR on the condition of limited resources,it established the CSR resource decision model.By the model,it concluded the determinants of CSR and provided the countermeasures.
