The Enterprise Culture Development Strategy Research of Soft Power
The soft power and cultural soft power is gradually popular in intemational relations and the field of cultural construction since the 1990s,and get more and more attention of the countries all over the world.Culture is the core of soft power,the important carrier and the value foundation,only advanced culture in effective communication process can manifest cultural soft power,1 The development strategy of enterprise culture of the soft power should focus on advanced values and institutional civilization,and the construction of cultural undertakings,cultural media,cultural industry and cultural communication art research,improving the development level of economy and society is also very important.This article mainly expounds the related theory and the development strategy research of culture soft power,pointing out that culture is playing an important elements status and function in soft power,also emphasized the culture function and special mission in the form of soft power.Through the quantification evaluation of the soft power of the culture,putting forward the enterprise only by improving and developing its own soft power constantly,can fierce competition in the market to grow stronger and have the invincible position.
