Testing System Development of Outdoor Fitness Equipment

摘要：

　　A testing system for the outdoor fitness equipment has been developed,which conforms to the new national standard.It can be applied to fatigue performance test,stability test and impact deformation test.Using Omron CPM2A PLC,the system guarantees industrial-level reliability.Measurement data is acquired and subsequently transmitted to PC via Host Link protocol.Developed in C#,the monitoring program applies a dedicated measurement thread.Attention has been paid to the assignment of PLC data memory.Therefore improved performance in speed can be achieved.
