Finite Element Modal Analysis of the Frame of Corn Stubble-Collector
In this paper,one kind of agriculture machines with picking and separating soil was designed to collect corn stubble.The core component of the machine is the flame of corn stubble-collector.The 3-D solid model of the frame of corn stubble-collector was designed using Pro/Engineer software.The first 10 natural frequencies and vibration modes of the frame were obtained by means of the finite element modal analysis in the ANSYS-Workbench software,and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the flame,which can be used to provide some theory basis for design and optimization of the flame.
