The Grinding Revision Of The Diamond Grinder Of The Carbide Scraping Hob

摘要：

　　In order generate the carbide involutes scraping hob,a diamond grinder is needed to grind its shape.But the diamond grinder can not be revised by a traditional reviser.The only way to revise a diamond grinder is by another ordinary grinder.By employ a traditional grinder of large diameter and with high velocity,step by step,we can finally revise the diamond grinder to the shape of required.This paper introduced a new method to calculate and analysis the profile.This paper also researched the theoretical basis of this new method.
