Preparation and characterization of spherical mesoporous material SBA-15 in the presence of H3PO4
The spherical mesoporous material SBA-15 was synthesized by amphiphilic triblock copolymer P 123 as the template in the presence of phosphoric acid.The samples were characterized by polarizing microscope,N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD and SEM.The experimental conditions were studied in detail.We found that the perfect spherical SBA-15 with a good crystallinity and narrow pore size distribution could be obtained at 4 mol/L phosphoric acid,mild stirring rate,and 10 ℃ reacting temperature.
