Application of PDA Industry Data Acquisition System in Analysis of the Reason of Strip Blocked in Hot Mill

摘要：

　　PDA,one product from iba AG,is one open progress data acquisition system used for automatic control system.After the simple introduction about the PDA,an application in AISC hot-strip Rolling Mill was shown for analyzing the reason of strip block.The fact showed that the PDA system had many advantage,high sampling rate,highly real-time performance,highly stability,and provide impersonal and accurate evidence for driven system commissioning.Also,this system could record data for fast fault analysis and time sequence analyzing of AUTO control system.
