Quality Evaluation of Specialty Employment for Engineering Education
Employment quality is the core indicators of specialty or discipline about engineering education reform effectiveness.Evaluation indicators of specialty employment includes mainly employment rate,specialty matching rate,dimission rate.Specialty employment-quality index is presented,the article lists the mathematical expressions in order to facilitate application.Specialty employment-quality index is suitable for macroscopic evaluation of employment quality,but not suitable for microscopic evaluation such as student employment quality evaluation.
