The Research of Engineering Quality Cultivation Strategy in Engineering Education
In recent years,the higher education system of our country has had many positive changes,but on the whole,the higher education of our country,especially the engineering education is incommensurate with the needs of economic development,the technical personnel can not meet the requirements of modern enterprises.In this article,the engineering training strategy with engineering education is researched and reformed from making a scientific training plan to enhance the quality of the talent,improving the curriculum and optimize the course structure,setting the training courses of engineering capabilities,attaching importance to experimental teaching,and enhancing the practical training,expanding the content of practice,strengthening professional awareness,creating opportunities for extracurricular activities,strengthening practical teaching link,and so on.
