Reflective Plane Terahertz Antennas with FSS
In this paper,a type of dipole feed parabolic reflective plane cavity antenna with frequency selective surface as its overlay working at terahertz regime is presented.Using the overlay a better directivity and radiation efficiency can be attained compared to the original antenna which is without the FSS.A bow-tie feed 90 degree reflective plane antenna is improved by the implementation of appropriate FSS.Dipole feed antenna works at 101GHz with 6GHz-10dB bandwidth and the maximum directivity is 10.7dBi,while the bow-tie feed one 126GHz,4.5GHz and 7.8dBi.
