Effect of annealing treatment on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of low-Nickle duplex stainless steel
The effect of annealing temperature in the range of 1020℃-1120℃on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of low-Nickel duplex stainless steel was investigated.The results showed that the volume fraction of ferrite phase increased with the increasing of annealing temperature in the range of 1020℃-1120℃,which agreed well with the calculated results of thermo-calc.The tensile strength,impact energy and Rockwell hardness decreased with the increasing of annealing temperature in the range of 1020℃-1120℃.However,the pitting corrosion rate changed very little with the increasing of annealing temperature in the range of 1020℃-1120℃.
