Preparation and dielectric properties Barium strontium titanate niobate composite ceramics by powder-sol method
Barium strontium titanate niobate (BST/SBN) composite ceramics system following the general formula 0.7BaO·0.3SrO·(1-y)TiO2·yNb2O5 were firstly prepared by the modified Powder-Sol method.By controlling the viscosity of the sol solution,Nb2O5 powders was uniformly suspended in the BST Sol.Powders obtained from dried gels were calcined at 800 ℃ for 3h.The samples were prepared at a pressure of 300MPa from dried powders. The bulk samples were sintered at 1200 ℃ for 3 h.The results of the XRD indicate that the perovskite phase and the tungsten bronze phase coexisted stably in BST/SBN.The relative dielectric constants (εr) and dielectric loss (tanδ) of 0.3SrO·0.7BaO·yNb2O5·(1-y)TiO2 are improved when the values ofy is 0.4~0.6.
