Preparation of the Al2O3-ZrO2-C Sliding Nozzle Used by Recovery Refractory and Improvement of its Performance

摘要：

　　With the development of metallurgical industry and the requirements of environmental protection,the people pay much more attention to the treatment of the used refractory material.This article is mainly researched on the preparation of the Al2O3-ZrO2-C sliding nozzle used by its recovery refractory and tabular corundum etc.Through study on the addition of the recycled material and lead-in format of the ZrO2 compound.we can optimize the performance of the sliding nozzle by controlling its microstructure,improving its strength under cold and high temperature and increasing its slag resistance.
