The Development and Applications of Si3N4-bonded SiC Tuyere Assembly Bricks for Blast Furnace

摘要：

　　Based on the working condition of tuyere in the blast furnace,silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide tuyere assembly bricks were developed and has been applied in some domestic furnaces.The properties and performances in terms of alkali resistance,abrasive resistance and thermal shock resistance etc were investigated.The results indicate that such assembly bricks present superior physical and chemical properties,good performance as well as reasonable design,which can meet the requirements of blast furnaces for long service-life.
