Research on Magnesia Zircon Brick Used for Regenerator of Glass Tank

摘要：

　　Regenerator is the key heat exchange part of the glass melting furnace.It has decisive influence on the furnace functions and glass product quality.The effect of zircon sand content on the properties of basic refractory material with the peficlase as major crystalline phase was investigated by comprehensive experiment and analysis.The results show that the basic refractory material added with zircon has excellent corrosion resistance and good thermal shock resistance,and is an environmental protection product.Magnesia zircon brick can be used in checker chamber of glass melting furnace as a substitute of magnesite chrome brick.
