Factor Analysis of Disaster Prevention Manpower Forecasting

　　The development of disaster prevention and mitigation is closely related with the support and effort of manpower.An accurate forecasting of disaster prevention manpower staff demand provides an important base for human resource management,whose significance is introduced at the beginning.Common methods of manpower forecasting are listed,such as normative forecasting,regression analysis,and trend extrapolation,etc.Special characteristics,like the unsearchableness of seismological research object and unbalanced distribution of earthquakes,require identifying special factors influencing the manpower forecasting,i.e.,the total manpower needed,structural distribution and unexpected factors.The paper is expected to make contributions to the manpower forecasting of disaster prevention manpower..
