Try to Use a Method that Similar to Planned Economy to Deal with the Torrential Rain Disaster
In recent years,the natural disasters take place frequently,which have caused a lot of loss to the society.The torrential rain disaster,after the July 21th accident in Beijing,captured peoples attention again.This paper introduces the current situation of world emergency logistics and the urgency of dealing with the torrential rain disaster first.Then,based on the analyses of the differences of torrential rain disaster with other natural disasters and planned economy theory,this paper suggests a new way to deal with the torrential rain disaster,especially the danger of death caused by the torrential rain disaster.The method is called similar to planned economy method,which has an obvious feature of the planned economy.In this paper,how to implement the similar to planned economy method is also illustrated,together with its applicability and defects.This paper provides some new suggestions and consideration in regards to the way to deal with the torrential rain disaster,especially when someone has the risk of life.
