An Empirical Research on Food Safety Supervision
Food safety events,from melamine to hogwash oil,are beating Chinese heart again and again,which leads to the sound of supporting Chinese goods dwindling.We found the positive and negative factors that affect food supervision through economic analysis,and then evaluated the supervising condition in China by the means of Delphi targeting at experts,scholars and the public,the three several degrees of men.The results show that the surveyed give low assessments on the effect of regulation and believe that the suppliers disturb the food safety supervision.In the end,we use the success of Japan for reference to propose to the food safety supervision in China,hoping to be helpful for regulating the order of the food market in our country.
