Crisis Management in the Development of Strategic Emerging Industries
In the development of strategic emerging industries,there are implicit crisis.Including seven of the risks and crises,there are three reasons for the formation of its risk and crisis.Once triggered,and evolved into an accident,will result in the personal,economic and environmental damage.Safety is the antithesis of the crisis,security and crisis is a game relationship,this paper designs and proposed several security and crisis game model,security and crisis management game to establish a sound mechanism 10:cognition and attention,evaluation and design,forecasting and early warning,control and relief,insurance and compensation,investment policies,laws and regulations,propaganda and education system,the system of supervision and management mechanism.The Authors also provide Six responses:strengthening the safety management of technology; strengthen the safety management approach;the universality of the rational cognition of the crisis-the crisis; strengthen crisis Identification and analysis;technical control of the crisis and crisis management response; strengthen crisis incidents forecasting,early warning,monitoring and supervision.
