Large urban population density,food quality and safety of not only related to the interests of millions of consumers,but also about the image of the entire city and Chinas international image.Recently,exposure of the waste oil,old yogurt,jelly,capsules,and other food safety issues,once again exposed the problems in Chinas food safety system,especially in government departments in all kinds of loopholes in the food safety regulatory Article through the analysis of food safety issues in big cities and people of concern about the findings,to explore issues related to the big cities how to do food safety regulation,proposed strategies and recommendations of the government food safety regulation in major cities,this big city health,sustainable development and enhance the standard of living and quality of large urban significance.
