Coal enterprise Safety Performance Evaluation Index System Based on BSC Research

摘要：

　　Safety problem is the key to sustain and stable the development of coal enterprises.To ensure the normal production safety management of coal enterprise sustainable stable,the establishment and implementation of effective safety management system is the fundamental guarantee for the development of efficient.BSC theory is introduced to the coal enterprise safety performance evaluation,constructed by the security financial,internal security management,external security management,learning and growth in four dimensions constitute the safety of coal enterprises.
