Research on Enterprise Crisis Management Strategy Based on Network Public Opinions

  Taking advantage of its wide coverage,rapid spread,concealment and irrationality of the Internet users and other characteristics,new media of network not only bring new ways to express opinion for public,but also provide a new subject for the study of enterprise Crisis management.This paper defines and analyses the network public opinion and its influence and points out the sudden crisis that may occur under the role of network public opinion in the enterprise.From three aspects of media,the audience of media and network public opinion in different propagation phase,the author explores how enterprise grasp the publics views on enterprises crisis by monitoring network public opinion and proposes some suggestions on how to deal with sudden network crisis accidents,combining with the propagation of the general lnternet public opinion and the use of Crisis management thinking on how to deal with the mutation network crisis.Finally,the paper offers ways of guiding public opinion,defusing crisis and strategy of dealing with crisis in different stages to enterprise.
