Research on Personnel Training of Emergency Management Direction of Executive Master of Business Administration in China

摘要：

　　The present level of domestic senior emergency management personnel training is irregularity.This paper analyzes the present situation of high-level emergency management personnel training based on Jinan University,which is the earliest university starting the emergency management professional undergraduate education,and the first emergency management major among universities in china.This paper puts forward and expounds the necessity and feasibility to starting emergency management direction of executive master of business administration which is the high level personnel training and education.The paper points out several practical problems which should be taken special notice in the beginning of management direction of executive master of business administration.Hence the paper aims at promoting the high level emergency management personnel training and education actively.
