The Model Research of Urban Surface Runoff on Flood Disaster by Considering Comprehensive Factors

  This Paper divides urban surface into grid cells by application of spatial discretization theory & method and DEM technology,and makes a study on description of spatial discretization about DEM and expression of processing mechanism about parameter model for spatial location and comprehensive factors of urban surface from level and vertical direction upon grid cells,and innovates model of urban surface runoff based on analytic function expression of DEM spatial discretization by considering to comprehensive factors of topographic character、underground matter and artificial building and so on,and realizes calculation of water streams path and cumulative capacity by model of urban surface runoff.
