The Research on Evaluation of Urban Disaster Emergency Response Capacity

　　Evaluation of urban disaster emergency response capacity is an important part of urban disaster management and is also an jmportant safeguard for urban disaster prevention and mitigation.The establishment of evaluation index system for urban disaster emergency response capabilities is of great significance for enhancing the capacity of urban disaster management and improving governments disaster response capacity.This article uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weighting of evaluation index for urban disaster emergency response capacity.We find that City governments rapid response capability is the most important capacity,the second is Disaster monitoring and early warning capacity,the third is Residents emergency response capacity.The study can provide scientific basis for Urban Disaster Management.
