Analysis on Construction of Early Warning Information System of Enterprise Crisis in Network Economy Era
As the internet boom,enterprises crises of all kinds not only frequently outbreak under the network environment,but change rapidly.Information is a key element of crisis management,enterprses must establish a advanced and practical crisis early warning management information system to raise the alarm timely,accurately and efficiently,so as to gain time for the enterprise to effectively prevent and defuse the crisis.Beginning from the main impact of network environment on enterprises crises,the basic structure of early-warning information system is raised,and analysis,which from the establishment of enterprise crisis information classification system,the design of enterprise crisis information early-warning index system and timely calculation of enterprise crisis degree,is made on operation mode of enterprise crisis early-warning system in the network environment,to strengthen the early warning capacity of enterprises and improve the performance of crisis early warning under the network environment.
