Design and Development of Earthquake Emergency Rescue Information System based on J2EE

  The earth has entered a period of earthquakes occurring frequently since the 21st century.Wenchuan earthquake and Yushu earthquake in China caused huge casualties and property losses,leading to a large social unrest and panic.Efficient and orderly emergency rescue after the earthquake can greatly reduce casualties and property losses caused by earthquakes 1.With the development of information technology,the earthquake emergency rescue information system focuses on not only the emergency management capability of a regional and a national but also the informationization level of earthquake emergency management.Thus,the use of earthquake emergency rescue information system plays an increasingly important role in the process of earthquake relief.The design and development of earthquake emergency rescue information system are explored in this paper.Firstly,the overall structure of the earthquake emergency rescue system is analyzed,based on which process model and functional model of the earthquake emergency rescue system are built.Secondly,the development platform of earthquake emergency rescue system is identified.Finally,the platform architecture of earthquake emergency rescue system is proposed.
