Study on Problems and Solutions of Emergency Management Information Platform Construction
In recent years,China has been afflicted with frequent natural disasters and various public security incidents as well as social security events in turns.All these constitute a grave threat to economy development and social stability.Meanwhile,they present new challenges to governments ruling ability.It is the objective requirement of dealing with various emergencies effectively to strengthen emergency management information platform construction.It is also the intrinsic requirements for government of all levels to improve emergency management ability and skill.The dissertation analyzes some primary problems of the present emergency management information platform in China from several aspects,such as the top-level design,resources construction,software and hardware building,service ability,etc.Afterwards,solutions are put forward on platform construction from the following aspects of the platform:the top-level design,data integrity,service mechanism,technological supporting and performance evaluation.
