Three Gorges Flood Emergency Decision-Making Simulation System

  Inorder to research emergency response and decision-making in three gorges areas,a simulationsystemis established.In this simulation system,a general framework is designed,including emergency response organization,decision-making model,decision environment,database design and distributed scheduling and simulation control interface.Emergencyresponse organizationincludesemergency organizations and their responsibilities have been displayed,decision-making model is used to make emergency action plans,decision environment can display the emergency environment situation,simulation data can be stored indatabase and distributed scheduling and simulation control interface is applied to transfer simulation data.Hierarchical task network (HTN) planning is applied to make emergency action plans,geographic information system (GIS) is put into use to display the variation of emergency situation and run time infrastructure(RTI)can handle data interaction.Acaseisshown to illustratehowthis simulationsystem works.
