Influence of Surface Treatment of Testing Specimens on Spacing Factor

　　The measurements of spacing factor on different surfaces are demonstrated.Using of the confocal laser raster microscope Lext OLS 3000 for the spacing factor measurement is described.The different surface treatments and their influence to the spacing factor determination are discussed.
