Simulation on Slinging and Reshipment System in Mine

  Aiming at the problenm of transportation to underground,and slinging,reshipment,assembly in underworkings for mining lage equipment,a set of slinging and reshipment system in the underground is developed.This system is a steel-frame structure consisted of multi-unit bridged structure junction,in which the double T-iron is taken as main load-bearing beam,and U-steel unit welded by back-to-back method is as a slanted prop triangle secondary beam.This system adoptes the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks2007,and its COSMOS/Works modules,for the three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis to this system.Through the finite element analysis,verified the correctness of the component design.For modern mine,with excellent use of performance due to large equipment such as hydraulic support in mine support,it is applyed more and more widely.Followed by the relatively large weight and huge volume of these large equipment,when working in the underground transportation and lifted,outfit reproduced and assembly (referred to as lifting reproduced),it is extremely inconvenient.This has become a problem which constrainting on the work of a modem mine production.In order to realize the modernization of the mine safety and reliability,high yield and high efficiency production requirements,an urgent need is to design a new system for large equipment such as hydraulic support underground hoisting reproduced work.This can not only meet the needs of the safety production in coal mine,,and also has important engineering practical value to improve the level of modernization in the mine.In view of the above problem,this article is to develop a set of underground hoisting reproduced system.In order to effectively validatie various mechanical properties of mechanical system design scheme,a three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks2007,and COSMOS/Works module are applyed to conduct the solid modeling and do finite element analysis.For the key components of the system-lifting main girder model,finite element analysis verify the correctness of the component design.Through the analysis of the design weak links and structure optimization,the good optimization effect has achieved.
