The Application of Vietnamese Traditional Costumes Elements in Modern Fashion Design
Based on the inheritance and development of Vietnamese traditional costume culture,the representative character of Vietnam traditional costume was analyzed,from which we can achieve a large number of typical elements.How to balance the relationship between traditional and fashion from the point of view on the design method was discussed.By combining those problem of the applying Vietnamese traditional costume elements with analyzing successful examples,we could put forward four effective design methods as “deconstruction,“mixture & match,“ornament and emphasis and “expansing the amount of sense.Many application rules and attention problems were discussed.
