Review of Optimal and Intensive Land-Use in China
China was seeking and exploring Optimal and Intensive Land-Use (OILU),which is in accordance with its situation.Taking OILU as research object,researches and applications of China over the past decade were summarized.Standard formulation,institutional innovation,publicity and promotion of typical demonstration,and the evaluation index system were carried out by government.Based on the analysis of 1104 published papers,OILU research was focusing on 8 academic fields.Furthermore,the distribution of those articles was analyzed as a function of time from 2005 to 2012.The experience and achievements of OILU were summarized and refined from Zhejiang Province,Guangdong Province,Huuan Province,and Shandong Province.OILU were widely accepted by society,and the methods of OILU were diversification,which showed a positive effect gradually.However,many methods were lack of consideration of interests of all parties.Recommendations were addressed based on the comprehensive analysis,OILU should ensure peoples livelihood and promote harmony.Establishment of long-term mechanism of OILU is necessary.
