Development Status and Trend of Environmental Emergency Management Policy
This article carried out the analysis of status of the current environmental emergency management policy in our country from multiple aspects including laws & regulations,technical management,economic policies and social policies,etc.Compared intemational advanced management experience with conditions of our country,the insufficiency in environmental emergency management policy of our country was summarized,and the suggestions on systematization and compatibility of laws & regulations,completeness of codes and standards for technical management policy,application of economic polices in emergency management and improvement of overall emergency management capability of the society were provided.It helped for providing decision-making reference for perfection of environmental emergency management policy system of our country.
