Reactive Solute Transport in Fractured Media:A Review and Assessment
Fractures are ubiquitous in geologic media except for unconsolidated soils.Efficient simulation of flow and transport in fractured media (especially for reactive transport) remains one of the most challenges in the hydrologic sciences. In this paper, the issues of non-Darcys flow and non-Fickian transport in fractured media are reviewed.A key point of reactive solute transport is evaluated and future studies are pointed out.The study can provide a new sight and reference for the mechanism on solute transport in fracture media.
