Based on the GIS Direct Use Value Evaluation of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Ecosystem
A valuation method suitable for ecosystem direct utilization value of Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic zone was studied.It is to dispose of deficiencies in the value assessment for ecosystem direct utilization value.The deficiencies are shortage of spatial expression,high requirements for statistics and assessment inefficiency.The study result showed that the direct utilization value of Beibu Gulf economic zone was increasing in 2005-2010.The areas with a relatively high direct utilization value are those that distributed in the relatively developed areas and tourism resources rich areas,for instance,Nanning municipal districts,Qinzhou municipal districts,Wuming County,Beihai municipal districts,Fangchenggang municipal districts and so on.
