The Research of Anammox Reactor Start-up and Influencing Factors

　　Methane-producing granular sludge was vaccinated in UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) reactor.The water which contains ammonia nitrogen and nitrite was taken as influent for studying Anammox reactor startup and influencing factors.The experimental results showed that the removal rate of NH4+ and NO2-were up to about 50%,and NO3-has increased significantly after 150d of the reactor operation.It substantiated that anaerobic ammonium oxidation reaction start-up successful.The optimum temperature,pH,hydraulic retention time,COD and NO2-mass concentration for anammox were 30-35 C,7-7.5,24 h,100-200mg/L and 100mg/L.
