Study on Treatment of the Emulsified Waste by Coagulant Recycling Used and Non-fully Chemical Coagulation
Waste emulsion was treated by chemical coagulation incompletely. The optimum coagulants were PAC and PAM,the appropriate dosage was 1.0~2.0g/L and 20mg/L respectively. The optimum pH was 6.5~8.5.The concentration of COD in effluent was from 500mg/L to 5600mg/L,and the effluent could be used to compound new emulsification.Slag which was produced by coagulation of emulsification was treated by sulfuric acid, and each liter emulsification was treated by sulfuric acid of 4.5mL and recycled oil of 15mL.Rest mixture can be used to treat waste emulsified circularly and effluent was used to compound new emulsification,so that realize the purpose of wastewater recycling and cleaner production.
